Atlanta Flooring Brokers $10,000 Peace of Mind Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

Atlanta Flooring Brokers (“AFB”) offers a $10,000 Guarantee to provide peace of mind to consumers who use our referral service. This guarantee is designed to ensure that referred network contractors fulfill their contractual obligations as agreed upon with the customer.

Guarantee Coverage

If a contractor referred by AFB:

• Fails to complete the contracted work
• Abandons the project after receiving payment
• Fails to meet the agreed-upon terms of service

AFB may provide up to $10,000 in financial assistance to qualifying users who experience a covered issue.

Limitations & Exclusions

• This guarantee does not cover disputes over quality of work unless it falls below industry standards.
• Warranty-related claims must be handled directly with the contractor or manufacturer.
• If the contractor goes out of business, warranty claims may not be valid.
• Users must first attempt to resolve disputes with the contractor before AFB will intervene.
• If a third party (such as a lawyer or mediator) is engaged before notifying AFB, we may no longer be able to mediate the dispute.
• Claims must be submitted within 365 days of the signed contract date.

Filing a Claim

To submit a claim under the $10,000 Guarantee, users must:

• Provide a copy of their signed contract with the referred contractor to Atlanta Flooring Brokers.
• Show documented attempts to resolve the issue directly.
• Submit evidence of the incomplete or abandoned work.
